  • PDA sexuality shouldn't have anything to do about it?

i don't know if you guys know, but i absolutely LOVE to debate. especially about things that aren't talked about that much like PDA, public display of affection, even though we see it just about everyday. well it so happens this past week that i was riding the city bus home from work and i jumped into a conversation about it, because like i said before if i disagree, especially because of ignorance i'm going to say something about it.

basically, this man was saying that PDA should ONLY be done by heterosexuals and homosexuals/transvestites shouldn't have the RIGHT to do this in public because it's disgusting. but he was okay with lesbians because it's hot, go figure. but why shouldn't someone else have the right to display their love to someone else because of their orientation? if you don't like it fine, then don't look? who are you to say that they don't DESERVE to do it in public because of their orientation?

my thing is, i've seen some pretty gross things with heterosexuals in PUBLIC, so should i say because it's gross none of yo can do it.

it all comes down to orientation of course which i never understand what the problem is. it's fine to not like it, but you do that on your own time. not at the expense of others and their happiness. and yes he said this because there were two gay gays playing around and doing PDA. after he said that the mood of the couple changed.

it's just sad that people can just have no remorse over the words they say. like i said before, i don't care that you don't agree but that's a private thing. like they say don't bring sex, religion, and politics to the table.

  • Sexual Harrasment at Work

Really, I just started on friday, and i have a GIRL always messing with me. This is a first for me at least, I usually get comments from guys, but it seems i'm the youngest person there. By the way, if you ever go to the atlanta airport you'll probably see me there. I work at a bakery but I may be quiting soon. 9 hours a day 5 days straight is what i WAS scheduled for. ugh.

Anyway, I have witnessed other people getting harassed at work. Guys saying disgusting things. And you know if you are offended by it, they can still get in trouble? this wasn't really a blog based on my personal days or whatever, but i guess i wanted to know is this a respect thing? i mean if you really respect your co-worker would you do such things? does this happen to you guys at your jobs? do you do anything about it or watch it just happen and not say a word.

also if guys like girls there, or girls like girls, or boys like boys, at their job, how is it attractive that you say crude things?

    ----

also the boy in the balloon i kept meaning to follow that story but i've been busy, what happened it didn't seem to me a kid could be trapped in there without \putting weight on that thing it looked like a helium balloon to me and he would have died because there is no way to breathe?

    ---

and thanks for making me princess!

  • irresponsible adults

well, when i went out of town this weekend it was because of friend of the family's son got into a REALLY bad accident. he was out with his grandfather who wasn't really watching him in the shed and he almost sawed his finger off with an electrical saw. mind you the little boy is 2. what got me was the fact that when we were there, my little brother and sister and their kids who are like 8 & 6 went in the pool and he said he was watching them. he went in his shed and left them there so we had to tell them to come inside when we noticed.

i mean come on, the baby almost sawed off his finger and you still didn't learn anything? i mean drowning is a mistake that you can really never redo, that child is gone! this made me realize that some people aren't suitable to watch kids or have any of their own. and the bad thing about is that there is always someone out there who's worse

  • Xanga Princess Final Round

First off I want to start by saying two things. Fist being thank you guys for the support with this contest I really couldn't make that far without you! I am very appreciative because I know I am fairly new to this site so this is very surprising and shocking at the same time! Secondly, I'm sorry I haven't been blogging as much, I've been busy with school and recently a family emergency which i will elaborate more on in the next entry hopefully sometime today if not tomorrow.

well, as you guys know who are following the contest, the last part is nominating 2 people other than yourself who you feel should be a princess and why. but in all honesty, all of them have a reason they should be, even if i don't win i'm still a princess and whoever else doesn't win they still are too, all young girls are princesses. so i'm sorry to break this rule i really am but i'm going to tell you why each and every one of them deserve to be a princess.

    Theater_Pixie
i absolutely love reading her blogs. she is is VERY mature! In fact when I first came across her blog I thought she was an adult. maturity is something rare i get to see in my age group and i'm always glad to meet someone else other than myself that i can tell takes their studies seriously and applies it their witting, speech, etc. just from her blogging i can tell she is the type of person to go and seek her own answers and not follow what someone else says which i find is a very GOOD quality. i love people with their our mind and she has one!

    DangerouslyOblivious
i LOVE how outgoing she appears to be. because that's something i absolutely was not. i was able to be taken to concert in her blog because i personally have never been to one myself. my mom is way over protective! but this is also a great quality not the fact that she went to a concert but that she went and had fun, because you know some people just do that sort of thing because everyone else does. I ALSO see that she is a down to earth person that is a quality that is needed as well. she seems like the type that would be a true friend to someone and tell them things to help them not hide it away from them, like a friend should.

    ImperialDoctrinesOfTheNewWorld
I have to say from reading her blogs she seems so bubbly and has a positive attitude on things! it seems like she is a person that lives by optimism and that is so good. it seems as she looks at the glass half full and not half empty. this is also a great quality, because this means she has that great ability to make those bad moment disappears when someone is around her just by her personality.

    Mac_Libureet
she has commented on a few of my entires before this contest started and it seems she is REALLY nice. also i very intrigued she does not have a picture of herself either. this brings out the quality that she lets her words speak for her not her image of herself. so she gets you to connect with her on personal level and to me i love that! and like i said before she is really nice. i've read some of her comments to other people as well and it just seems she's optimistic too and she likes to lighten up the mood. this is great because if you are around downers, she'll be the one to make you smile! Also she blogs about her experiences in life, i can really tell they are genuine and i get the emotions she feels when she writes about certain things which is also good.

so i will repeat this again, they all deserve to be a princess. to whoever wins and who doesn't. you are still a princess and you will always be, until you marry of course then you will be a queen with little princes and princesses! through this whole contest i don't think that this was a popularity type of deal but a chance to learn a little more about some of the young ladies that might have been looked over and you got a chance to read their blogs and get to know them more. i sure did. i read all of the entires even though i may not have had time to comment and i was impressed and happy that i got a chance to see these people that i may have never seen.

here is the link to the contest, choose who you want to princess, i am not going to end this with vote fore me like i normally do, because this i realized that people will vote for who they want regardless and i rather they vote for who they choose without me appearing to gesture it SHOULD be me when really it's who you connect with and how yo feel.

vote here for the pricess you like

(i'll change the texxt and sizes when i get off chrome and on firefox some things aren't compatible but it's more convenient for me since it's my default browser, so i apologize!)
